This is a personal story about who I am.

Julia's path started in an orphanage and led, eventually, to ultramarathons, where she learned that hard work beats talent. She brings that same mindset to work, treating it as her personal creation, the opposite of work-life balance. Her background spans VC, startups, and consulting. She's not interested in the comfortable version of anything.
